Trail Notes
It will be about a 5 mile hike. Some short ascents but totaling less than 1,000 feet. There are flood plains and wetland sections so be prepared for a little mud. No brand new shoes unless you don't mind them possibly having a little mud on them. We will hike along the Yadkin river banks in Rowan county.
